1. Application of Terms
These Terms of Services apply to all games and services (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by VICTORY GAMES INC. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”).
The Company may modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications shall become effective upon being posted on the official website.
2. Provision of Services and Liability
The Service and its content are provided “AS IS” without warranties of completeness or accuracy.
The Company is not responsible for any errors, bugs, interruptions, or any damage to the user’s device or loss of data caused by using the Service.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
💳 In-App Purchases
Users may purchase virtual currencies (e.g., coins, diamonds, rubies) and use them to acquire virtual items.
Virtual currencies and items cannot be exchanged for real-world money or traded with others.
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers. All purchases are final and non-refundable.
🔄 Refunds
Refunds may be granted only in exceptional cases such as accidental purchases or technical errors, and will follow the refund policies of Google Play or the App Store.
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Any portion of an item has been used
- The item is delivered immediately after purchase
- The purchased item is used for events, enhancements, or progression
- Account sharing or fraudulent payments
- Account suspension or repeated refund requests
4. User Content and Conduct
Users must register an account and comply with the Company’s User Conduct policy.
The following actions are prohibited and may result in account suspension or deletion:
- Use of offensive, discriminatory, or abusive language
- Posting other users’ personal information without consent
- Exploiting bugs or attempting to hack
- Trading or selling virtual currencies/items outside the game
5. Suspension and Termination of Service
The Company may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or access to the Service at its sole discretion and bears no liability for any resulting losses.
Inactive accounts for more than 90 days may be deleted.
Users may terminate their accounts at any time voluntarily.
6. Fair & Safe Play Policy
Account sharing, trading, or selling is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent bans and security issues.
The following behavior may lead to account suspension:
- Verbal abuse, harassment, or hate speech
- Exploiting bugs, hacking, or abusing refunds
- False reports or political expressions within the game
7. Miscellaneous
The Company may collect gameplay data to improve the Service, and such data is treated as content under these Terms.
All personal information provided by users is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR SERVICES ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
