The information we collect in-game is called IGNs(in-game nicknames) that are created by players.
IGNs are displayed in leaderboards, and if a user wishes to remove their partial or entire records, please follow the steps below.
1. Send an email to ‘contact@victorygamesinc.com‘
(Please make sure that you specify your ‘IGN’ correctly)
2. Alternatively, you find the ‘Contact us‘ menu at the top of this page.
Please fill out the form and click the ‘Submit‘ button.
3. The removal will be completed within 5 business days after confirmation by a customer service staff.
